Quality is of utmost importance and is a priority to compete on domestic and international markets. For this reason, M.T. ACCIAI thought it was indispensable to organize the company in order to develop and apply an adequate Quality System. Such system is harmonized with ISO 9002 and it is the essential tool that ensures the quality of M.T. ACCIAI's products.
The implementation of the Quality System is a free choice and it is shared by the whole management, who operates in such a way that the whole staff is included in this Quality System.
We apply quality principles in each aspect of the productive and administrative activities, since the main target is always the customer's satisfaction.
In the year 1998, M.T. ACCIAI received the EN ISO 9002 (1994-08) certification. The recognition was given by TÜV (Technical Inspection Association of Thüringen) at the very end of the verification process led by its experts.
In 2003 M.T. ACCIAI adapted to the new regulation UNI EN ISO 9001:2000, carrying on the path to Quality Management.
In 2017 M.T. Acciai received a new certification ISO 9001:2015 for the management system. Moreover, two more certifications were added: ISO 14001:2015, which is for the environmental management system, and BS OHSAS 18001:2007, which is for Occupational safety and health (OSH).
