Location
END MILLING SERVICE
Besides cutting, we provide end milling service in small/medium/large series from a diameter of mm 25 to a diameter of mm 180.
TURNED BARS SERVICE
We provide turned pieces/bars up to a diameter of mm 530 with diameter tolerance down to -0 +1 mm in small/medium series.
METALLURGICAL SERVICE
Besides the direct contact we have with the workers of our suppliers steelworks, we also have important contacts with one of the most respected Italian metallurgical laboratories, in order to carry out particular tests and examinations required by the American and European regulations in the fields of OIL&GAS, naval, aeronautic, automotive etc.
NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING SERVICE
We can carry out non-destructive tests over all the available steels in our warehouse within 48 hours, such as US tests, magnetic particle examination, Rx etc., issuing the compliance certificate of an external authority.
HEAT TREATMENT SERVICE
We can carry out particular heat treatments over pieces and bars, such as isothermal annealing, normalization, harden andtemper, stress relieving etc. by an agreed upon heat-treater that issues the appropriate certificate.
DELIVERY
We ensure a rapid and accurate delivery service with our own trucks. We are located in a strategic position in the south of Brescia, very close to bypasses and motorways Milano/Venezia and Brescia/Cremona.
Besides its own resources, M.T. ACCIAI s.r.l. makes deliveries also with the help of trustworthy national and international carriers.
The high quantity of stock in our warehouse, Our elevated stock warehouse, together with the great variety of the product range, allows us to deliver material very quickly.
Further guarantee over the supplied product is the material's traceability.
Each steel bar is identified through a label that allows to trace back anytime to the supplier of raw material and to all the following transformation and commercialization stages of each casting with the equivalent analysis certificate.
During the delivery stage, we combine the wares with small tags that further identify not only the quality, but also the costumer's references, for this reason it is easier to intervene on potential anomalies concerning the preparation and the shipping, making it possible to totally avoid operative malfunction. The control over the process and the operating practices are in constant evolution.
Quality is of utmost importance and is a priority to compete on domestic and international markets. For this reason, M.T. ACCIAI thought it was indispensable to organize the company in order to develop and apply an adequate Quality System. Such system is harmonized with ISO 9002 and it is the essential tool that ensures the quality of M.T. ACCIAI's products.
The implementation of the Quality System is a free choice and it is shared by the whole management, who operates in such a way that the whole staff is included in this Quality System.
We apply quality principles in each aspect of the productive and administrative activities, since the main target is always the customer's satisfaction.
In the year 1998, M.T. ACCIAI received the EN ISO 9002 (1994-08) certification. The recognition was given by TÜV (Technical Inspection Association of Thüringen) at the very end of the verification process led by its experts.
In 2003 M.T. ACCIAI adapted to the new regulation UNI EN ISO 9001:2000, carrying on the path to Quality Management.
In 2017 M.T. Acciai received a new certification ISO 9001:2015 for the management system. Moreover, two more certifications were added: ISO 14001:2015, which is for the environmental management system, and BS OHSAS 18001:2007, which is for Occupational safety and health (OSH).
